5 Ways to Stay Young
You will never be ‘done’ in your life. You will have good times and bad times, but the bad times only get worse and the good times only get better. We are all made to grow and evolve. Remember, there is nothing we cannot become.
1. Don’t play the victim. It’s not your fault, it’s not someone else’s fault, it’s not anyone’s fault. Every single thing that has ever happened in your life is exactly what it’s supposed to be. Nothing happened because someone else wanted it to happen. Everything that happened has happened for a reason, because you were the right person at the right time, at the right place, at the right time. Don’t play the victim. Live in the moment, and enjoy what is happening in your life.
2. Don’t dwell on the past. It’s a constant in our lives, and we can’t change that. Everyone you ever met has been gone for a while now. Even if they are still around today, we don’t have time to see them, and they don’t have time to see us. So, the past is gone. Make the best of it and move on to what is happening now.
3. Surround yourself with positive people. We are mostly surrounded by negative people. Most of the people in our lives are going to be negative. You can’t be around them. You need to spend time with people who make you feel good. It’s not about you, it’s about the people you hang out with. It’s not about what you can do for them, it’s about what they can do for you. It’s about taking care of yourself and keeping your head up.
4. Eat well, and exercise. You don’t have to be a gym junkie. You don’t have to start hitting the weights. You just have to make the decision to eat right and get some exercise. Just 30 minutes a day will make a difference
